2. Services Offered

We provide massage and spa service bookings either at our partner spa locations or at the customer’s doorstep. All services are meant solely for relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation purposes — not for any illegal, immoral, or adult activities.

3. Booking and Payments
   • Users can book appointments through the website or by contacting our support team.
   • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
   • Payments are accepted via secure online gateways.
   • Once a booking is confirmed, users will receive details via SMS or email.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the appointment time may qualify for a full or partial refund.
   • Cancellations made within 12 hours or after the therapist arrives are non-refundable.
   • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. User Responsibilities
   • The user must provide a safe, respectful, and private environment for therapists during home visits.
   • Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or solicitation will lead to immediate cancellation of service and may result in a permanent ban.
   • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their contact and address details during booking.
6. Therapist & Partner Conduct

All service providers listed on BookMassage.in are independent professionals or partner spa centers. While we verify and onboard trusted professionals, BookMassage.in is not directly liable for the conduct, punctuality, or performance of third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookMassage.in will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
